Marvel is trickling out new images of its upcoming Thor, including the recently released photo of Anthony Hopkins as Odin, Thor's father, standing in front of Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Tom Hiddleston, Thor's half-brother, Loki. Now SuperheroHype has a new photo, taken from the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly.
In it, Hemsworth is again depicted in his Thor costume, getting some kind of sagely advice from Hopkins as Odin. While it may not be the most exciting photo ever released, it is only the third photo to be revealed from the upcoming production, plus a behind-the-scenes featurette. Fans aching to see what director Kenneth Branagh has been up to with the thunder god will have to be satisfied with the three photos for now.
Hemsworth may look comfortable in the photo, but the actor says that the reality was much different. "Thor's suit was bloody hot," Hemsworth claims in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly. "For the first week they didn't have any cooling system in it. They had to install one of those T-Shirts with water tubes sticking out."
Hopefully for Hemsworth, the costume will be working great in time for The Avengers.
